Open House Contest Terms & Conditions

  1. Entry Requirements:
    Entrants must attend the Inn at the Ninth Open House event and fill out the form.
  2. Prizes:
    One winner per door prize (a complimentary one-night Stay & Play Package for two and a $150 voucher for a meal at our partnered courses) will be randomly selected. All attendees who fill out this form will also receive a 20% discount for their next stay at the Inn.
  3. Prize Conditions:
    • Blackout dates apply to the complimentary Stay & Play Package for holidays and holiday weekends, and this package is only redeemable during the 2026 season. Contact our team at stay@innatnine.com for details.
    • Partnered restaurants included in the $150 voucher are Duffers Grill & Lounge at Shuswap Lake Golf Course, Ironwood Restaurant at Salmon Arm Golf Club, and Lakeside Lounge & Patio at MaraHills Golf Resort.
    • The 20% off discount may only be used once.
  4. Notification of Winners:
    Winners will be notified via the email address provided. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible entry.
  5. Mailing List and Privacy:
    By entering the draw, participants agree to be added to the Inn at the Ninth mailing list to receive news, updates, and promotional content. Participants may opt out of the mailing list at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in each email. Personal information collected through the entry form will not be shared with third parties.
  6. General Conditions:
    The Inn at the Ninth is not responsible for any technical issues or errors that may prevent participation or the processing of entries. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Inn at the Ninth, which are final and binding in all matters related to the draw.
